How do I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to place your orders as quickly as possible and once orders move into our shipping process, there's a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that it may not be possible to make a change. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately sending an e-mail to team@mybeachyside.com submitting a request for a change or cancellation. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All prices on our website are in US dollars, and we are not able to accept foreign currency, checks, or money orders.

What if my order is declined?

If an order is attempted, but cannot be processed due to being declined or due to fraud services protection, we recommend contacting your bank to make sure those funds are not held since the order did not finalize on our end.

Shipping

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is completed successfully, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to track your package's status according to your selected speed of delivery on USPS or FedEX shipping.

How much does internationally shipping cost?

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated  during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

You may return unworn items within 15 days of the sale date for a refund or exchange ; Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return.  We do not accept returns on items not in brand new condition, any final sale items, or anything past the 15 day period. What are the care instructions for hand-crocheted products?

Due to the delicate nature of hand-crocheted products, we recommend hand washing only for most of our garments. After hand washing, rinse the item thoroughly in cool water. Never twist or wring out. Lay the item flat to air dry. It is not a good idea to hang a knitted item to dry because items can stretch considerably when wet. Make sure to check the care instructions label on your garments.

How do I wear my barefoot sandals?

Our beautiful one-size-fits-all barefoot sandals can be worn as more than just a sandal! If you wish to wear it on your foot simply place the loop around your second toe and pull the two laces around your ankle. Finish around your ankle with a bow or take the longer lace and loop through the shorter one. Select styles such as “Hopi Sun” that can also be worn as a choker necklace or armband. You will also receive our adorable hand knit pouches to keep your barefoot sandals safe when you're on the go. Enjoy your unique beach-chic look with your barefoot sandals!
